Promoter Program Terms

The Rush Promoter Program (the "Program") lets users ("Promoters") accept an offer from an event host and earn a per-ticket reward for tickets purchased through their personal tracked link. The Program is operated by Rush Technologies ("Rush", "we"). Accepting an offer, sharing a promoter link, or otherwise participating in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and of Rush's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.

How earnings work

The event host sets a reward amount per ticket. When a ticket for that host's event is purchased through your personal link and the sale completes, the reward is tracked to your Rush account as a balance. Rewards are funded from the host's event proceeds and administered by Rush.

Discretionary program

Rush may modify, suspend, or end the Program, any individual offer, or any Promoter's participation at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or compensation. Hosts may pause or end their offers at any time. Nothing in the Program creates any obligation for Rush or any host to continue the Program or any offer.

Tracked balances are not guaranteed

Balances shown in the app or on the web are estimates and remain provisional until paid. Earnings accrue subject to verification and are payable only if and when Rush, in its sole discretion, approves them. No interest accrues on any balance. Nothing in these terms creates a debt owed to you by Rush.

Holds, refunds, and clawback

Rush may withhold, delay, or hold earnings for any length of time (including indefinitely) pending fraud review, refund or chargeback windows, identity or tax verification, or minimum thresholds. Rush may reverse or offset any earnings tied to refunded, disputed, canceled, or ineligible sales, and may reclaim amounts already paid out that Rush believes, in its sole discretion, were obtained improperly.

Fraud and abuse

Purchasing through your own link, fake or duplicate accounts, bots, self-dealing arrangements, manipulation of attribution, or any other conduct Rush considers abusive forfeits all earnings (paid or unpaid) and may result in removal from the Program and the platform. Rush may disqualify any person or reverse any transaction at its discretion.

Payouts

Payouts are available in the Rush mobile app. (a) A verified Stripe Connect account and any identity or tax verification Rush requires are a prerequisite; (b) a minimum balance of $10.00 in settled earnings is required before a payout can be requested, and earnings settle no earlier than 24 hours after the relevant event ends; (c) payouts are made only in USD to accounts in supported regions; and (d) Rush is not responsible for delays, holds, or failures by Stripe or any financial institution.

Unclaimed balances

Any balance that has not been cashed out within six (6) months of becoming eligible for payout (or, if payouts are not yet available, within six (6) months of the Program making payouts available), or upon termination of your account or the Program, is forfeited and reverts to Rush without compensation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes on Program earnings. Rush may require a completed W-9 or other tax documentation before releasing any payment and may issue 1099 or equivalent forms where required.

Independent relationship

Participation does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship with Rush or with any host. You have no authority to act for, bind, or make representations on behalf of Rush or any host.

Conduct

You must promote only truthfully and lawfully. Spam, harassment, misleading claims, impersonation, violation of school policies, or violation of any applicable law (including messaging and marketing laws) is prohibited and forfeits earnings. You may not represent that you are employed by or officially represent Rush or the host. Rush may require you to remove or correct any promotional content at any time.

Tracking and data

Attribution, sales counts, and reward amounts are determined solely by Rush's records, which are final. Aggregate statistics about your performance (such as tickets sold and amounts owed) are shared with the event host.

Changes to these terms

Rush may update these terms at any time and updates are effective when posted. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer, liability, and disputes

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rush disclaims all liability arising out of or related to the Program, and Rush's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of unpaid earnings properly accrued to your account. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rush and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your participation or promotional conduct. Any dispute is governed by, and resolved in the manner set out in, Rush's Terms of Service, including any arbitration and class-action waiver provisions contained there.

Acceptance

Accepting a promoter offer, generating or sharing a promoter link, or holding a Program balance constitutes acceptance of these terms.
